What we collect
The five questions in the form are answered anonymously: the state, the date, whether you were hurt, who was at fault, and whether you already have a lawyer. We record those answers and the result, with no name attached. If you choose to continue past the result, we also collect your name and mobile number, verify the number by text message, and keep a record of the consent wording shown to you along with a TrustedForm certificate of that page.
Why we collect it
To tell you whether you appear to have a claim, to pass your enquiry to a participating attorney or law firm for a free case review, and to contact you about it.
Who we share it with
Participating personal injury attorneys and law firms in our network, and the service providers who operate this site, send the verification text, and store the data. We do not sell your details to anyone outside that network, and we do not share them with advertisers.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide the service and to keep records of consent, which we are required to retain. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out. You can ask us to delete or correct what we hold by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold and to object to how we use it.
Cookies and tracking
This site stores how you arrived (for example an ad click) in your browser so we can tell which advertising works. We do not use it to identify you personally.
